The Whiskey Club

 The Council reviews a sample set drawn from current availability and from bottles submitted for consideration. Every entry is tasted blind. Each member evaluates independently and records an assessment before the Council deliberates. Selection requires the agreement of the body.

 Independence. The Council accepts no payment, placement fee, or consideration of any kind from producers, importers, or distributors.

Method. Blind, independent, recorded, and the same every month.

Record. The Council publishes what it selects and what it sets aside
