Our Commis are an Entry-Level Chefs who assist with food preparation, cleaning, and station management. They are chefs-in-training, responsible for prepping ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring), maintaining high hygiene standards, and learning basic cooking techniques to build culinary skills.
Starting: $18.00 an hour
Our Servers act as storytellers, guiding guests through the menus, meticulously pairing wines, and fostering direct interaction with chefs, often delivering a highly choreographed, intimate dining journey.
Starting: $15.00 and hour plus Pooled Tips
Our bartenders are craft-focused professionals who value precision, consistency, and guest experience while contributing to cocktail service, special events, and our evolving beverage program.
Starting: $15.00 plus Bar/Pooled Tips
